1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ResumeAI B. & A., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.
2. AI Disclaimer & Usage
ResumeAI B. & A. uses Google Gemini AI to provide resume refactoring, ATS-optimization, and interview preparation.
- Data Sharing: By using AI features, you explicitly consent to the sharing of your resume data and chat inputs with Google Gemini for processing.
- Informational Purposes: AI-generated content (analysis, refactored text, interview tips) is provided for informational purposes only.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that using our suggestions will result in job offers, interviews, or employment.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before professional use.
3. Credits, Subscriptions & Refund Policy
- Credit Refill Model: Certain features (AI Refactoring, Chat with AI) consume credits. Credits are purchased via one-time bundles.
- Monthly Subscription (Job Hunter): Users may opt for a recurring monthly subscription which provides a monthly credit allotment (65 credits), unlimited premium templates, and full history access while active.
- Credit Reset Logic (The "Bucket" Principle): Subscription credits do not roll over. On each renewal date, your monthly subscription credit balance is **reset to 65**.
- Cancellation & Re-subscription: Upon cancellation, remaining subscription credits are not removed and stay available for your use. However, if you choose to re-subscribe at any point, your subscription credit bucket is immediately **refilled to 65 credits**, replacing any remaining balance from a prior subscription cycles.
- IAP Bundle Preservation: One-time purchased credit bundles (e.g., 20, 60, or 110 credits) do not expire and are only used after your monthly subscription bucket is exhausted.
- Premium Status: Any purchase unlocks permanent "Premium" status, including ad-removal.
4. PDF Templates & Intellectual Property
- Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original resume data. We grant you a license to use AI-generated text for personal professional use.
- Templates: Access to specific "Designer" or "Executive" PDF templates depends on your Premium status.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app for any purpose that is prohibited by these terms. This includes:
- Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the app.
- Using the AI to generate harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content.
6. Resume History & Data
While we provide a "Resume History" feature via Supabase, it is not a primary backup service. We are not liable for data loss from technical failures or account deletion. Deleting your account permanently removes all history and cannot be undone.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ResumeAI B. & A. or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the app or any features within it with or without notice.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
